Delay in February 1, 2018 Group Health Draft
Due to the inclement weather which necessitated the closing of the United Methodist Service Center for several days in January, there will be a delay in the processing of the February 1, 2018 Group Health Draft until Thursday, February 8, 2018. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Due to the termination of all TAC Retiree Group Health Plans (Humana Medicare Advantage Plan, UnitedHealthcare Senior Supplement and Prescription Drug Plans, and the Taxable Stipend), effective December 31, 2017, all retirees, spouses and surviving spouses currently enrolled in a TAC Retiree Group Health Plan need to enroll in a new individual plan through OneExchange for 2018. December 29, 2017 is the last day you can enroll in new health insurance coverage through OneExchange for that coverage to be effective January 1, 2018. Learn More
2018 Salary Sheets
Please work with your church and your District Office to complete and certify your 2018 salary sheet by January 15, 2018. This will greatly facilitate the data entry process of your 2018 Clergy Group Health and Pension Benefits information and will prevent your church Financial Secretary or Payroll Administrator from having to make benefit payroll adjustments in the new year.
No Benefits Drafts in January
Please remind your church that the TAC Benefits Office does not process any Benefits drafts in January due to inputting new 2018 salary sheet, appointment and open enrollment information. The first Group Health draft will be on February 1, 2018 and the first Pension draft will be on February 15, 2018. The February drafts will include both January and February Group Health and Pension contribution amounts.

Avoid unnecessary potential delay in processing your dependent claims and submit this form by January 1, 2018!
